I've been in a bad mood for a very long time because I don't get enough sleep.

I didn't have any problems with sleep before, yes I am quite a healthy person, there are no diseases and various syndromes, but for some reason lately it has become difficult for me to fall asleep. It seems that something has changed in my life, but I don't understand it. I would like to know what to do about my sleeping problems. They are not serious, it just takes me an hour or two to fall asleep and this irritates me a little and often causes lack of sleep. So if you have any advice, I would be very happy.

Even quite healthy people sometimes have trouble sleeping, maybe you had a hard day or a hard week because of this you may be mentally stressed and because of this I can tell you from experience you may find it difficult to fall asleep. But this is more individual and you need to see a doctor or a psychologist. I don't know what suits you best, because the forum can't help you much.

Can you describe your problems in more detail, because they are such problems that happen often and everything has a different root of the problem. Indeed, pissing can be caused by almost anything, so it's worth knowing what exactly it is you're having, what recent events have you had in your life, or maybe you've changed something?

What exactly is there to help you with? I don't understand him, what can I advise you and what can I tell you? It seems to me that this is a case where you yourself need to think and do something. But I don't want to be boorish, so, excuse my words, and I can just advise you to relax before going to bed, meditate there, or just read some quiet book. By the way, I can tell you that you should put off gadgets altogether until two-three hours before bedtime.

Hello, there are really a lot of techniques that help you relax and fall asleep as quickly as possible. And these techniques include listening to music before you go to sleep. As it was written on one website, you can remember how you were lulled to sleep by your parents as a child, and it helped you a lot to fall asleep. So I want to tell you that not only in my childhood it worked, but now I have tested some good techniques for listening to music before going to bed and I realized that it really works. You should generally relax and ideally listen to your favorite quiet song about an hour before you go to sleep, which will give you positive emotions, which will reduce your stress level and you will be able to fall asleep much faster. As studies show, which you can learn more about on this website https://gojourney.app/music-helps-you-sleep/ , then on average, if you regularly listen to music before going to bed, you can fall asleep about 15-20 minutes faster, which is a very good result for such a short time. All in all, guys, I think it's the music before bedtime that can help you a lot.

These problems can be related to nerves. I had a similar situation when I couldn't fall asleep due to anxiety and https://www.australiacounselling.com.au/ specialists from this site helped me with this. They consulted with me about my psychological state and found several problems. So now we are working on it and I see progress!
