I didn't have any problems with sleep before, yes I am quite a healthy person, there are no diseases and various syndromes, but for some reason lately it has become difficult for me to fall asleep. It seems that something has changed in my life, but I don't understand it. I would like to know what to do about my sleeping problems. They are not serious, it just takes me an hour or two to fall asleep and this irritates me a little and often causes lack of sleep. So if you have any advice, I would be very happy.
