They must have support call centr or something like this. Try to contact them. By the way what other sites for booking do you use?
Yeah, I agree with previous answers. If you will have the same problems in future I recommend to find some other website or application for hotel booking. Personally I didn't have any problems. By the way if you are a tennis player, this tennis travel guide will be interesting for you. There are special hotels for such people.
